Terms of Service

1. Scope
Widely Next Co., Ltd. provides software development services as defined in the agreed quotation or contract. Additional services require written agreement.
2. Payment
Smart Hybrid: monthly in advance / Custom service: per agreed milestone / SaaS: per the package shown on the respective SaaS site.
3. Smart Hybrid refund
Smart Hybrid customers may request a full refund within the first 30 days if not satisfied. No hidden conditions.
4. Cancellation / renewal
Smart Hybrid: 6-month contract; after term, renew or cancel freely with no penalty / Custom: per contract.
5. Intellectual property
Work delivered to clients becomes their property upon full payment, except open-source libraries, frameworks, or Widely Next-owned components used in the project.
6. Limitation of liability
Widely Next's liability is capped at the amount paid for the relevant project in the last 12 months prior to the claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Thai law. Disputes are subject to Thai court jurisdiction.
